A Vector Industries Bypass Feeder is the perfect tool for introducing chemicals into closed heating and cooling loops which protect boilers and chillers from corrosion.

We’ve also designed our Bypass Feeders to have legs, which give the water treatment installer flexible options when piping into the bypass feeder. These legs also make it easier to add chemical and prevent dangerous spills when servicing the unit.

Schools equipped with Cooling Towers should be applying consistent chemical treatment for the control of Legionella. We offer the Biomate 2000 and Economate brominator & biocide feeders to help combat this dangerous pathogen. The Biomate 2000 and Economate are also great assets for chlorine control for school swimming pools.

Corrosion inhibitors such as Nitrite or Molybdate should be used with the bypass feeders in the closed loops. Controlling and measuring corrosion will protect and avoid expensive repairs.
